Hyde is a low key, casual restaurant in Fredensborg, Oslo.

Located in a small and intimate basement, the restaurant has been open since 2019 and has held a Michelin star since 2022.

Menu
​​​We serve a regularly changing set menu of around 9 servings, with an emphasis on seasonal produce, seafood, citrus and spice.

We offer a wine paring to accompany our set menu, non alcoholic drinks and a short but well selected wine list with a large selection of grower champagnes.
